Refunds:
If there happens to be any problems with your purchased item/s, please contact neosyouthful@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. If item is damaged or faulty, please provide photo proof in email.
The item must not be used and in the same condition as you received it (tickets must be still attached to product).
Once product has been returned back to us we will email you to let you know we have received it and will send through refund straight away.
